Pacthaven provides workflow software for publishing requests, submitting sealed offers, reviewing offers, and recording provider confirmation. It does not become a party to buyer-provider service contracts unless explicitly stated.

These terms describe the expected rules for using Pacthaven as a B2B service procurement platform.

This is a first-launch public information draft. It gives the product a responsible legal surface, but it should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use.
Accounts and businesses
Users are responsible for accurate account information. Business owners and admins are responsible for managing business members, permissions, and provider verification submissions.
Acceptable use
Users must not submit illegal, misleading, abusive, infringing, or confidential third-party content without authority. Attempts to bypass sealed-offer privacy or authorization controls are prohibited.
Offers and selections
Offers are private to the buyer request owner and the submitting provider business. Buyer selection is not final completion until selected providers confirm according to the product workflow.
Suspension and moderation
Pacthaven should reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts or businesses, and moderate requests, offers, files, and messages to protect the marketplace.
