Account details, business profile information, provider verification data, service request content, offer content, messages, files, and operational logs may be processed to run the marketplace.
Information is used to authenticate users, operate service requests and sealed offers, review provider businesses, support moderation, send essential notifications, and protect the platform.
The product is designed so providers cannot see competitor offers, offer counts, competitor identities, competing prices, statuses, or selection state. Buyers can see offers submitted to requests they own.
Private files should not be served from public static folders. Retention periods should be defined by account, request, legal, security, and audit requirements before production launch.
Users should be able to request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction where applicable. Operational procedures for these requests should be finalized before launch.
